Is there a setup fee?
No. You do not pay anything until your app or mobile site are launched.
What CRM products is QuickMobility compatible with?
Our solution is compatible with all modern CRM systems. We will discuss integration details with you in initial discovery call.
What prevents you from offering the same solution to our competitor?
QuickMobility is non-exclusive, so we are able to offer the same technology to many dealers. However, as a courtesy to our clients, we do not offer our services to your direct local competitors.
Will we have to provide a daily export of inventory to you?
No. There is nothing required from your technical staff. Our technical specialists will take care of all integration needs.
Is this an "introductory" price? Will it increase later?
We do not anticipate any price increase. Also, we are contractually obligated to give you 18-month notice of any price change.
Is there additional fee for maintenance and support?
No. Our pricing includes on-going maintenance and support.
What warranty do you provide?
If our system does not function as expected, we will resolve the issue ASAP. We will also refund 2 months of your fees.
Who will have the Intellectual Property rights to our App and mobile site?
New Standards Inc. (the maker of QuickMobility) owns all rights to all QuickMobility software. We offer it to you on a licensing basis.
